The Principal's Office reserves a unique 7-digit alphanumeric code and generates a tamper-evident QR code specifically for the circular draft.
The QR code is inserted into the official document. The hard copy is physically signed by the Principal and impressed with the embossed college seal.
The scanned physical document is uploaded and SHA-256 fingerprinted. Anyone scanning the QR code immediately views the authenticated original online.
